Something wrong with a question?
Use βSomething wrong with this card?β on the solution screen. That sends us the card, the answer you gave and the room it happened in, so we can fix it quickly. It is the shortest route.

What you can write to us about
Anything about Trivvy: a bug, something that confuses you, an idea for a game or a category, a question that is wrong, a request about your data, or a suggestion for a collaboration. If you are writing about a problem, it helps to tell us what device and browser you use, what you were doing, and, if it happened in a room, the room code and roughly when. A screenshot is not required, but it often helps.
How quickly we reply
We usually reply within a couple of days. Trivvy is made by two people, so it can take longer around holidays. A mistake in a question is handled separately from other messages.
Corrections: how we handle mistakes in questions
Cards are made and checked before the game starts, with AI assistance in writing and cross-checking them, and nothing is generated while you play. When a question is reported, through the button on the solution screen or by email, we look at the card, check the answer against reliable sources, and correct it if it is wrong. The fix is made in the card itself, so everyone who gets that card afterwards sees the corrected version. Changes are recorded in our internal review log with what was changed and why.
If we decide that a card is right, we keep it, and if you wrote to us by email we will gladly explain why. If the question is ambiguous rather than wrong, we usually rewrite it so that there is only one answer.
Data and privacy requests
